Technical Officer

Job Description:

• Assist Technical Manager in daily operations & supervise technical staff;
• Supervise routine repair and building maintenance works;
• Monitor repair and maintenance work of contractors;
• Provide technical support (in maintenance service) to tenants;
• Ensure the workshop is well equipped and stocked for various maintenance work;
• Keep stock and repair record;
• Ensure full compliance with working procedures and guidelines

Requirement:

• IVE/equivalent of a Diploma in electrical/ mechanical & Building Services Engineering
• Holder of certificate of registration of electrical worker grade A/ R or above
• Over 5 years’ experience in maintenance service preferably in building facilities
• Self-motivate and can work under pressure
• Able to work independently and with a good sense of responsibility
• Hong Kong Driving License 1, 2 (If any)
