CAD-CAM Lead (Dental) (Station in Vietnam)

Job Duties:

• 統籌、管理CAD-CAM的全流程運作，包括 但不限於 掃描、設計、3D列印和CNC加工。
  Oversee the full CAD-CAM process: scanning, digital design, 3D printing, and CNC milling.

• 訓練團隊成員使用設計軟體，如3Shape或Exocad。
  Train team members use design software like 3Shape or Exocad.

• 優化數位化流程，提高工作效率，減少錯誤和重工。
  Improve design steps to save time and avoid mistakes or rework.

• 協助團隊處理設備或技術問題，確保工作順利。
  Help solve problems with machines or technical issues to keep work going smoothly.

• 與各團隊協作，提升產品品質。
  Work with other teams to improve product quality.

• 分享專業知識，幫助團隊成長。
  Share knowledge and guide team members to grow.

Job Requirements:

• 需要駐守越南。
  This role will require stationing in Vietnam.

• 5年以上牙科CAD-CAM工作經驗。
  At least 5 years of experience in dental CAD-CAM work.

• 熟練兩種或以上牙科設計軟體，如3Shape、Exocad等。
  Skilled in using at least two dental design software tools (like 3Shape or Exocad).

• 細心、有耐心，有責任感，樂於與他人分享經驗。
  Careful, patient, responsible, and willing to share knowledge.

Preferred:

• 了解市面上主流的3D列印及研磨設備。
  Familiar with popular 3D printers or dental milling machines.

• 熟悉多種牙科 CAM 材料的特性與應用場景。
  Be familiar with the properties and uses of various dental CAM materials.

• 有團隊管理經驗者優先考慮。
  Experience managing teams is a plus.

• 能用中文和英文進行工作溝通。如果還會越南語則更佳。
  Can communicate in Chinese and English. If knowing Vietnamese is a plus.
