Business Analyst/System Analyst (Junior to Mid-level) – Logistics services

What's the job about?

• Work collaboratively with business teams, and technical teams to communicate requirements, timelines, change requests, and provide project risk analysis.

• Analyze requirements and initiate detailed solution options from a system perspective.

• Perform and coordinate on change, incident and problem management

• Provide support to EDI environment including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries

• Conduct UAT, keep the result records and present system demonstration.

What we are looking for: 

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

• Experience in EDI format of XML, Json or any other standard EDI format.

• Hands-on experience in software development using SQL Server Management Studio

• Experience in solution of supply chain/ logistics, 3PL experience is a plus.

• Able to work independently and deal with tight project schedule

• Good team player, able to influence others and work in multi-cultural environment.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Fresh graduates are welcome
