Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor (Retail Fitting-out)

With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.

Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Team for Retail Fitting-out project administration

• To monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site

• To organize work as per project manager's instruction 

• To co-ordinate with sub-contractors as per confirmed design information

• To handle materials logistics and arrange materials to site

• Occasionally night work is required 

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Retail Fitting out / interior design / architecture or related field

• Experience in site coordination will be an advantage

• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Competent use of computing software (MS Office)

• Immediate available is preferred
