Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Assist in audit and tax preparation
- Manage general office administration and documentation
- Provide administrative and accounting support to business operations
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or pass at LCCI Higher
- Good relevant academic and work record
- Skilful in use of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent Cantonese and good written business English.
- 1-2 years in administrative or accounting clerk roles; familiarity with HK office procedures preferred, Mainland-HK work experience will be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
