AI Engineer/AI Lead Scientist/AI Architect/Integration Engineer (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities:

• Build, train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models based on multi-source data from financial trading platforms for real-time risk scoring and anomaly detection, identifying potential trading risks and triggering early warning mechanisms;
• Design and build an end-to-end ML-Ops pipeline (including data collection, feature engineering, model training, deployment and monitoring) to ensure high availability and low-latency reasoning of the models online;
• Collaborate with risk control and product teams to formulate dynamic risk control strategies based on model outputs and integrate them into the trading engine for risk blocking and mitigation;
• Conduct model validation, backtesting, and stress testing to assess the robustness of the model under extreme market conditions;
• Track the progress of the application of AI, Reinforcement Learning, Graph Neural Networks and other cutting-edge technologies in the field of financial risk control, assess the value of new algorithms in the field, and drive the validation of the prototypes, and production deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above with a major Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or related fields; Master's degree or above is preferred;
• 3 years or above of experience in Financial Platform / Industry, Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and other major ML/DL frameworks, with model design and optimization capabilities;
• Familiar with algorithms such as time series analysis, anomaly detection, multi-factor modeling and graph neural network, able to construct high-value features for financial transaction data and improve model accuracy;
• Skilled in Spark, Hive, Kafka, Flink, etc., to ensure efficient cleansing of massive transaction data and construction of real-time pipeline;
• Experienced in containerization (Docker/ Kubernetes), CI/CD process and model monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) to achieve automated deployment and health monitoring of models.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly articulate the AI solutions and risk decision support to technical, risk control, compliance, and product parties;
• Continuous learning and self-motivated, able to quickly master new algorithms and tools and apply them to actual risk control scenarios. apply them to real-world risk control scenarios;
• Ability to effectively manage stress in a high-intensity, fast-paced financial environment to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality;
• Good command of English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is a huge plus;
