職位描述

We are seeking a Project Lead / Business (Operations) Analyst, preferably with experience in a retail/manufacturing environment. The candidate plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and delivering strategic business value across the organization. This role is responsible for leading and supporting company-wide project management initiatives, implementing cross-functional systems and processes, and integrating AI tools into business operations. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and project management expertise to identify opportunities for business improvement, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at operational excellence, cost reduction, and business improvement, managing 2–3 projects at a time.
  • Develop project business cases, ensuring deliverables align with business requirements and planned benefits.
  • Create and deliver against project plans, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to monitor and report on progress.
    Manage successful and timely delivery of project milestones, proactively escalating issues and risks as needed.
    Develop and deliver project communication plans to inform stakeholders and ensure effective implementation.
  • Build strong, effective relationships with key business stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in business development, product development, sustainability, marketing, operations, finance, and HR.
  • Support project owners in implementing new solutions through effective change management.

Business Process Improvement & Systems Implementation

    Analyze current business processes to identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
    Lead the implementation of cross-functional systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration and adoption across departments.
    Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure teams are proficient in new processes and technologies.
    Track the impact of changes using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.

Technology & AI Integration

    Monitor industry trends and developments in areas such as artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation.
    Assess the potential impact of emerging technologies on the business and lead the integration of AI tools into business processes to drive optimization and innovation.

Data Analytics & Market Research

    Build reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales, operations, and inventory.
    Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze complex datasets and develop predictive models.
    Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics, competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
    Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS: 

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or process reengineering, preferably in the retail or apparel industry.  Demonstrated experience implementing cross-functional systems and processes, using a highly collaborative approach
  • Ability to influence and drive change, build strong relationships, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, optimization techniques, and agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA), PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in market research, data analysis, as well as exceptional problem-solving ability.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into business operations is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and reporting systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English required, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver effectively against challenging objectives.
