Responsibilities: 

Participate in system implementation and project rollout

Analyze functional requirements and provide design documents

Configure the ERP system

Provide system training to end users

Participate in function customizations and report enhancements

Participate in testing to ensure the quality of any customization development

Participate in data migration and go-live preparation

Participate in presales process

Requirements: 

Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

Working experience in IT or Business Analyst, good business process competences

1 year or above of working experience in MS Dynamics Business Central, MS Dynamics CRM or Yonyou ERP is an advantage

Experience in NGO/ trading / retail / industry businesses is a plus.

Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Power BI or Power Platform is a plus

Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status

Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
