System Analyst (HKSAR experience & Perm)

·        A team lead to support and maintain major computer systems/applications for a client and perform scheduled maintenance on computer systems/applications to ensure efficient operations.

·        Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify the client’s issues

·        Communicate to clients to provide solutions on technical problems

·        Develop and implement technical procedures to quickly address clients’ problems to minimize downtime

·        Act as liaison on technical issues between the client’s IT unit and end users of the client

·        Prepare and present regular progress reports to update client management on IT support operations

Job Requirement：

·        Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

·        About 10 years of experience in providing support and maintenance for critical systems and lead a support and maintenance team, preferably in the airport or aviation industry

·        Hands on experience in one or more of the following technologies:

·        Maximo application for asset management;

·        Java web application design and development;

·        IBM DB2 and Oracle ERP (Financial) preferrable.
