職位描述

About The Role:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
  • Support the procurement processes, e.g. obtain quotations from vendors, equipment maintenance and contract renewal, payment requisition, etc.
  • Assist in maintain supplier record and good relationships with team
  • Maintain good record keeping for all requests and documentation including inventory list
  • Prepare various reports for business operation
  • Assist in ad hoc projects if necessary


About You:

  • Higher diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably gained in IT
  • Details-minded, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude is a must
  • A strong team player with good organization and communication skills
  • Good initiative and self-motivated, able to work independently and multitask
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, English and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediate Available is preferred
