Responsibilities:
- Liaise internally with Sales/Purchasing Department in China and externally with Freight Forwarder and customers to ensure freight bookings and shipments are on a timely basis;
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
- Lead a small team for the entire shipping operation including I/E documentation, shipment schedules and logistics arrangements;
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers and forwarders to ensure timely shipment;
- Skillful in using ERP;
- Willing travel to China (Daily);
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by general manager;
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated in Logistics, Business Management, or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of working experience in logistics/shipping operations;
- Experience in handling and well-versed with the full set of I/E, L/C, and banking documents;
- Proficiency in PC Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
- Energetic, proactive with a positive mindset, well organized and multitasking;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
