Job Highlights :

Responsibilities :

• Perform on-site works on IT support cases and project related works including site inspection and equipment setup
• Coordinate IT projects and related technical issue troubleshooting/service transition documentation
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem investigations
• Diagnose and resolve IT support cases escalated from frontline Service Desk Team
• Escalate to/collaborate with senior level experts/product manufacturers if necessary

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years experience on IT support and endpoint management
• Certificate holder in computer science or information technology is an advantage
• Experience on supporting endpoint devices of different operating system including Windows, iOS, MacOS platform devices
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft 365, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, ZOOM, Teamviewer, ServiceNow
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
