Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of engineering staff on project basis, prepare working plan, schedule and ensure the project assignments to be completed within timeline
• Provide support to technical transfer design from sample development team to production team and help solving problem from time to time during transition
• To provide guidance/ closely monitoring to team members and work with them according to the product specifications
• Tackle problems encountered during production and provide modifications to improve productivity efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years related experience from manufacturing areas with project management experience
• Hands on experience on Leather products and Soft goods are preferable.
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Knowledge on PMP program
• Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin
• Based in Dongguan plant with regular travel to Hong Kong office is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
