Senior FAE Engineer

岗位职责Key Responsibilities:

1.     协调内部资源以响应客户的技术询问，为达成客户目标提供灵活可选的技术解决方案；

Coordinate internal resources to address customers' technical inquiries and provide flexible/alternative technology solutions to achieve customer objectives.

2.     关键产品(如新技术开发、关键NPI项目和认证产品)制作的跟进与管理；

Oversee and manage critical product builds, including new technical development, critical NPI projects, and qualification product builds.

3.     协助处理异常DFM问题；

Assist in troubleshooting DFM (Design for Manufacturability) issues.

4.     为销售团队的业务拓展、产品开发提供技术支持；

Provide technical support to sales teams for business expansion and product development.

5.     汇报和展示公司技术能力更新, 收集/汇总客户技术趋势，行业技术发展趋势及竞争对手信息

Present the company’s technical capability updates; analyze customer/industry trends and competitor landscapes.

6.     陪同来访客户，出差拜访客户（含海外出差），向客户推介公司的新产品新技术，促进业务增长。

Lead customer engagements (on-site visits, domestic/international travel) to promote new technology and drive business growth.

工作地点：美国/香港 ，需频繁出差海外或国内城市
Work Location: US/Hong Kong , with frequent business travel to overseas or domestic cities required.

任职要求 Qualifications:

1.       本科或以上学历，熟练的英语听说读写能力；

Bachelor’s degree or above with fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).

2.       8年以上PCB/载板工厂产品工程、工艺工程岗位经验，熟悉载板或高端HDI；

Over 8 years of experience in product engineering or process engineering within   PCB/substrate manufacturing, specializing in substrates or high-end HDI.

3.       了解项目管理需求, 有一定的项目管理技能；

Knowledge of project management requirements and related skills.

4.       积极主动，责任心强，能适应出差；

Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to travel domestically/internationally.

5.       良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力，能组织多部门协作达成客户需求。

Excellent communication and organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration skills to meet customer needs.
