╴Handle daily operations of the Human Resources Department and provide administrative support.
╴Manage and maintain attendance records.
╴Maintain the document filing system and update the database.
╴Assist with office management.
╴Assist with ad-hoc assigned tasks.
Requirements :
╴HKDSE/Form 7 or above qualification.
╴Completion of Human Resources Management training and familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws.
╴Proactive, strong communication skills, and detail-oriented.
╴Self-motivated and possesses excellent task management skills.
╴Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
╴Proficient in Microsoft Office.
╴Immediate availability is preferred.
╴2-3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates have more experience will be considered as Associate
