Site Supervisor (E&M / MVAC)

Job Responsibilities:

 ·       To monitor and coordinate all site works between suppliers, sub-contractors, to ensure the work process meet schedule

·       To maintain site progress according to programme and regularly report on site progress

·       To implement site administrative systems and maintain of all site records

·       To assist Project Supervisor in all aspects of project follow up such as material planning, logistic and transportation coordination, defect list, etc.

·       To resolve site issues independently

·       To monitor site operation, safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site

·       To maintain site cleanliness and storage

Job Requirements:

 ·       Min. 5 years or above working experience in E&M / MVAC field

·       Strong technical background and site experience is preferable

·       Certificate in Building Services or related disciplines

·       Good knowledge in MS Office

·       Holding of Cert of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above is preferred;

·       Hard-working, attentive to details, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills

·       Able to work independently with minimum guidance and have a passion to achieve performance target
