Industry Partnership Associate (Entry-Level / Cross-Industry Role)

HelloToby, Hong Kong’s largest services platform with over 700 service categories, is seeking a Lead Team – Industry Partnership Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or communicators who are curious about various industries and passionate about connecting people.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our platform has sufficient supply across diverse service categories by engaging with professionals (Pros) from different fields such as renovation, wellness, tutoring, and more. Through active communication and strategic thinking, you’ll help us reach a healthy supply-demand balance for every service we offer.

Key Responsibilities
1. Connect with Diverse Service Providers
- Proactively reach out to Pros across different industries to understand their service offerings, business needs, and challenges.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing service providers to collect frontline insights and strengthen engagement.

2. Monitor & Bridge Supply Gaps
- Identify categories or occupations that are under-supplied and work with internal teams to plan actions (e.g. outreach campaigns, referral programs, partnerships) to improve coverage.
- Support campaigns that aim to recruit or re-engage qualified Pros into the platform.

3. Understand Industry Trends
- Build understanding of market dynamics across industries like wellness, education, construction, etc.
- Stay informed about competitor practices and suggest ideas to stay ahead.

4. Build a Strong Professional Network
- Act as a point of contact and category specialist for selected industries.
- Support initiatives like interviews, onboarding sessions, or promotional content to highlight quality Pros.

Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or early-career talents with strong people and communication skills.
- Curious about different service-based industries and enjoy speaking to people from various professional backgrounds.
- Comfortable engaging both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive — able to follow up with multiple Pros efficiently.
- Basic understanding of marketplace or e-commerce concepts is a plus, but not required.
- Cantonese-speaking preferred; Mandarin or English is a bonus.
