Customer Service Officer (Private Jet Company)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with client and answering their enquiries with professional manner
• To maintain good working relationship with the client and client’s representative
• Assist in daily operations, monitoring and handle the operations of customer service
• Communicate with all related parties such as operations department, maintenance department, crew members and outstation ground handler
• Verify and process of post flight data and invoices
• Other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and customer oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and responsible
• Good computer skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
