Responsibilities:

• Responsible for SMS and bulk production follow up, report key production metrics and WIP to ensure progress are on track
• Engaged in production management activities including PO management in system, material booking (where necessary) capacity reservation, PO delivery visibility to regions until shipment effective
• Maintain day-to-day communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure vendors comply with all company standards, quality processes, shipping requirements
• Support manager to partner with counterparts in regional offices in the whole supply chain -process
• Able to analyze order status via system reports
• Reporting activities as required to management
• Ad hoc and overall duties required from time to time to ensure effectiveness and VM focus

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in clothing, textiles or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 6 years’ experience on production follow up, preferably gained in buying office or multi-national companies
• Understanding of SAP PO & PLM system will be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin / Cantonese and another relevant Asian language is preferable
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, technique of using v-lookup and pivot tables in Excel is a must

• Experience in ACCESSORIEScategory is an advantage
