職位描述

Demand and Supply management

  • Demand planning, validate and communicate forecast with Commercial team to drive forecast accuracy.

  • Regular meetings with supply planners to review supply plan to ensure supply continuity.

  • Responsible for forecast submission.

Inventory management

  • Closely monitor all firmed and planned orders to ensure no excess inventory due to planning.

  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality, and order management team related to artwork change activities.

  • Responsible for month-end stock reconciliation.

  • Prepare reports (Inventory coverage, order tracking, etc..)

Shipments management

  • Share inbound shipping documents with the distributor before shipment of arrival.

  • Manages psychotropic drugs importation quota application and I/E license readiness.

  • Report damage due to transportation and follow-up for the products' claims if any.

Others

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics or a related field (must have)

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG / healthcare industry is an advantage.

  • Self-initiative, proactive, strong analytical with problem solving skill, and a good team player

  • Able to work under pressure, achieve objectives and deadlines

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and advanced level of Excel (xlookup, Pivot table)

  • Knowledge of using VBA in Excel will be an advantage.

  • Experience in using SAP system is highly preferred

  • Excellent written and communication skills in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is a plus

  • Fresh graduate will be considered Supply Chain Assistant Role
