About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify new business opportunities through strategic networking, cold-calling, and inquiry response

• Technical Consultations: Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions

• Proposal Development: Prepare customized product quotations and technical proposals

• Sales Negotiation: Close contracts with new and existing clients

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery

• Account Management: Deliver post-sales support and nurture long-term client relationships

• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in metal scaffolding or construction equipment

• Technical proficiency in scaffolding systems and their applications
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets independently and collaboratively
• Customer-centric problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese; English is a plus
