Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (Nike 特許經營店)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze store sales data and achievement of KPIs, formulate and execute prompt action plans for improving store business
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a timely manner in order to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage and monitor the implementation of Company regulations, operation policies and procedures in store, ensure the execution is in line with the Company standard
• Monitor all kinds of store operation activities, product assortment plans and marketing campaigns implementation, provide constructive suggestions to related departments and management
• Provide effective on-the-job training and coaching to team members
• Motivate and inspire the team by providing clear, encouraging and constructive feedback to the team members

Requirements:

• At least 2 years supervisory experience in store operations and sales management, with at least 7-8 years in retail, fashion & apparel industries
• Proven track record in sales generation, managing the achievement of sales result and profitability targets
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and people management skills
• Strong commercial and marketing sense and good analytical & numeric skills
• Creative, able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
