Key Responsibilities:

Handle clerical and administrative works including filing, preparing standard offers and marketing letters

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as floor plans, tenancy schedules and checklists

Provide secretarial support to the marketing team
Requirements:

Tertiary educated
-
Minimum 3 years' relevant secretarial experience in sizable companies; experience with property developers is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
-
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
