Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

BalanceVital Health Management Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing plan of our healthcare services business

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote BalanceVital's range of health and wellness products and services
• Identifying and nurturing prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking
• Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Providing regular sales and performance reports to the management team
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the business
• Perform ad-hoc projects and operation tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the health or wellness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred
