Technical Business Analyst (J2EE / Java, Wan Chai, over $40k)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for web application development.
• Collaborate with users, IT teams, and stakeholders to design and implement systems.
• Support system testing, deployment, and user training.
• Prepare clear documentation for system specifications and user guides.

• Address system issues and ensure smooth implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 1+ years of experience, or Higher Diploma with 2+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of IT project planning, requirement analysis, and system support.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies like J2EE/Java, JavaScript, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and more.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
