System Analyst – Internal Systems

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal systems, including CRM, Accounting, Billing, and SharePoint

• Lead the migration of existing internal systems to ERP System

• Operate month-end billing processes, and enhance the Billing system for greater efficiency

• Provide support and solutions to internal users

• Investigate and implement new technologies to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency

• Upgrade and revamp systems to leverage the latest versions and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in system development using Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript, along with SSIS and SSRS

• Strong SQL and scripting skills

• Experience in business analysis and system design

• Familiarity with billing, CRM, ERP or Odoo is a plus

• Passion for learning and adopting new technologies

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
