You will be responsible for:

• Follow up with newly on-board for smooth operation and problem-solving
• Update existing merchants about new features
• Sign up cash vouchers, restaurant offers and revisit offers with existing merchants
• Identify and work with merchants for regular and thematic campaign collaboration
• Work closely with sales, marketing and operation teams

You should possess:

• Tertiary education or above
• 1 year’ experience in account servicing, tele-marketing  or sales
• Pleasant personality, good manner, organized and detail-oriented
• Good command in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
