職位描述

Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing incoming phone calls, redirecting, and taking messages as appropriate
  • Managing incoming mail and courier packages, distributing internally and to clients as appropriate
  • Welcoming and interacting with clients and visitors, and arranging refreshments as appropriate
  • Managing meeting room calendars (Outlook)
  • Filing documents with Government departments and the bank
  • Maintaining stock of supplies, including stationery, and communicating with service providers
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the office
  • Assisting HR and the social committee in arranging special celebrations, staff gatherings and offsite socials
  • Supporting the Business Development and Company Secretarial teams by assisting with data capture in the CRM and entity management systems, maintaining accurate data in the pipeline, arranging meetings and external events, and preparing proposals
