About The Job
Join our all-star sales team as a B2B Sales, where you'll drive growth by managing both client renewals and acquiring new business opportunities. We are looking for a result-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales to help us expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, by delivering AI-generated social listening / media monitoring solutions to clients in public sector and Education industry
  • Foster new client relationships through proactive outreach, i.e. cold calls, networking, etc., and leverage existing relationships to upsell business
  • Identify customer requirements and liaise with various departments to design, specify and advise on the most suitable solution
  • Articulate value proposition to clients, assess buying interests, pitch relevant solutions, negotiate pricing and T&C
  • Strengthen existing and new long-term client relationships and ensure consistent satisfaction
  • Understand clients’ needs and collect feedbacks to drive continuous improvement in service and product
     

About You

Core Competencies

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and results-driven self-starter
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
     

Preferred Qualities & Qualifications

  • Familiar with government tendering procedures, successful experience in dealing with university, education institutes, government department, public organizations and NGOs
  • Curiosity in societal happenings in all media aspects
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Team player that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment
