About the role

Sparkle Education Centre is seeking passionate and experienced course tutors and teachers to join our team in the Tai Po District on a full-time basis. As a course tutor or teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students, helping them to reach their full academic potential.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and delivering engaging and effective lessons in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, English, and Chinese
2. Providing individualised support and feedback to students to help them progress
3. Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback to students and their families
4. Collaborating with the wider education team to continuously improve the quality of our courses
5. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills

What we're looking for

1. Relevant teaching or tutoring experience, particularly in the subject areas of Physics, Chemistry, English, and Chinese
2. Strong command of the subject matter and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
4. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
5. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our students and the education centre
