職位描述

Job Ref:HCClog003

Responsible:

  • Handling stock in and out, related documents, assist in packing and moving stock

  • Prepare forms and related documents

  • Process logistic document, stock control and time management of delivery

  • Communicate with vendors and logistic company for delivering goods

  • Responsible for RMA process.

  •  Ensure the work is being completed on time and the submission of information is correct

  • Liaise with internal departments, warehouse, transport team, external logistics service provider and customers on outbound delivery arrangement and solve their enquires about the order status

  • Assist to handle any ad-hoc task which assigned by department head

  • 處理進出庫存及相關文件,協助包裝和庫存存放

  • 準備表格和相關文件,庫存控制和交貨時間管理

  • 與供應商和物流公司溝通以交付貨物
    負責RMA流程,確保工作按時完成並且提交的信息正確無誤。

  • 與不同部門包括倉庫,運輸團隊,銷售團隊及客人緊密聯繫,以協助貨物運送過程

  • 協助處理部門負責人分配的任何臨時任務


Requirement:

  • At least 2 years or above relevant working experience

  • Proficiency on MS Office and Excel and Chinese word processing

  • With knowledge in Computer products will be an advantage

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Short notice or Immediate available is preferred

  • 至少2年或以上相關工作經驗

  • 熟練掌握MS Office和Excel以及中文文字處理

  • 懂得電腦產品知識是優勢

  • 能夠在壓力下獨立工作。

  • 短時通知或立即可用是首選

 

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:10 (5-DAY WORK WEEK)
