PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR (TSING Yi / SHEUNG SHUI)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all aspects of project finance;
• Handle all post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects;
• Compile and update commercial accounts and records;
• Monitor the progress of related programmes;
• Provide recommendations on how to resolve issues with sub-contractors and suppliers;
• Assist in maintaining positive cash flow for the projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• At least 7 years' relevant experience;
• Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
• MRICS or HKIS professional qualification will be added advantage
• Fluent English and excellent writing skills.
