Responsibilities:
The appointee will provide professional support in coordinating institutional and programme accreditation exercises. Major duties include:

Reviewing and compiling accreditation documents;

Supporting the development of relevant guidelines and procedures;

Liaising with government bureau and professional bodies;
-
Assisting with internal and external development activities;
-
Providing secretarial support for academic and quality assurance committees.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess:
-
A recognized bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in programme administration and accreditation, preferably within a tertiary institution;
-
A solid understanding of the education system in Hong Kong, as well as the processes, standards, and requirements of HKCAAVQ accreditation;
-
Strong analytical, project management, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders;
-
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
