Shipping clerk

Job Description :

• Handle daily operation documents 
• Customer and agent communication on order processing 
• Follow up customers inquiry 
• Support ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements : 

•  DSE or above with 1 year of relevant experience in sea freight 
•  Able to handle Inbound/ outbound full set of docs 
•  Good PC knowledge in MS Office 
•  Good communication with written and spoken in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
•   Team player, willing to work under pressure and independent.
