Membership Development and Live -Streaming Coordinator

SUP Retail (Hong Kong) Limited operates both physical bookstore chain and online retail platform in Hong Kong. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about books and culture to join the team of our fast-growing online retail platform – My Book One (www.mybookone.com.hk).

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and loyalty programs within the CRM system, focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies, while managing administrative tasks for membership programs.

• Coordinate administrative tasks for live-streaming sales events, including data collection, scriptwriting, content planning, and providing on-site support during live broadcasts.

• Support in processing sales orders, handling returns, and managing refund procedures.

• Initiate and manage digital marketing campaigns through WhatsApp to engage target audiences.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline

• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in CRM / live-streaming /  e-commerce/ marketing

• Experience in publishing/ culture industry is an advantage

• Innovative, idea-driven, dynamic, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and a good team player who is able to work under tight schedule

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua

• Proficient in Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
