What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform in administrative tasks, such as office supplies & inventory control, filing system, mails and parcels etc.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the office, oversee office tidiness, repairs and maintenance
  • Perform a full range of secretarial duties such as scheduling meeting rooms, travel arrangements, expense claims and event planning etc.
  • Manage office communication and contracts with outsiders, vendors and service providers
  • Assist in HR tasks and handle confidential documents
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating independent, flexibility and problem-solving skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years in office management, administrative, HR or a related field. This experience should include handling daily office operations, coordinating with different departments, and managing administrative staff.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and contributing to office such as office relocations, system upgrades, or process improvements.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. You should be able to prioritize work effectively and ensure that all office operations run smoothly.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail), as well as other relevant office management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in the office environment, whether it's related to equipment malfunctions, staff conflicts, or logistical problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels, You can also work independently with less supervision.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Good communication in both Cantonese & English, both written and verbal
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as office supervisor position.
