Planner / Senior Planner (Advertising & Media Field)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining media communication objectives, strategies, media planning, and campaign executions across all types of media
• Prepare and maintain media plan budgets, flowcharts, POVs, and PowerPoint decks, generate and maintain competitive analyses.  Work with calculations and other quantitative data
• Meet with media sales representatives to explore new opportunities and applicability of media vehicles
• Work in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as various media planning tools

Job Requirements:

• University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 1 year or above media planning/buying experience preferably
• Ability to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop strong relationships, both internally and externally, and feel comfortable interacting with people from different disciplines and cultures
• Must be well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skills
• Must be numerate and have strong attention to details
• Interest in learning new trends and development in advertising and marketing
• Importantly, must be passionate about building a career in advertising field
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must, and fluent spoken Cantonese is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior planner
