Product Specialist (5 Days Work)

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products, including creating marketing collateral, digital content, internal training and presentations.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management .

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and customer insights to drive innovation and competitiveness in the market.

• Research and identify current and future market demand/ trend /potential customers for specific product/application and share information with peers to enhance the market penetration and drive business expansion.

• Attend regular sales meetings to collect frontline information, make recommendations and deliver updates on supplier products.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement tools and provide support on sales promotion.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and key clients.

• Work closely with Application staff as shadow partners.

• Acquire and keep abreast of marketing skills by continuous learning.

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. A Master’s degree in science or related disciplines is a plus.

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in marketing, preferably with exposure in life sciences industry.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive marketing strategies.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High proficiency in both written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
