I. T. Manager

Reporting to the Group Chairman, the incumbent’s key responsibilities are to:

• To be Head of I.T. to lead IT infrastructure initiatives across networking, servers, storage, operating systems, and security
• Manage vendors to ensure top-tier project delivery, covering solution evaluation, POC/POV implementation, service agreements, UAT, production launch, and ongoing support
• Ensure compliance with security standards, conduct audits, risk assessments, and manage firewall/email security gateway installations
• Oversee email and file servers, related applications, and backups for optimal security and organization
• Develop, standardize and implement IT policies and procedures across the Group
• Design and execute IT and IS contingency plans to enhance business continuity
• Maintain daily operation to ensure smooth IT operation, stable applications, systems and network
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects within sizable firms, including at least 5 years in a managerial level.  Experience in ERP application development is a plus
• Expertise in Microsoft AD/AAD, M365, Email Security, Networking, Servers, and Storage solutions
• Strong experience managing large-scale infrastructure, including DR drills, performance monitoring, and capacity planning
• Self-driven, skills to diagnose IT incidents and problems
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
