Group Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.

• Coordinate, analyse, and report the financial performance to Management and the Board of Directors.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Manage the preparation of the group's budget and financial forecasts.

• Supervise and manage the finance team, providing leadership and guidance.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the group's growth and profitability.

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and risk management.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the group's financial stability.

• Support M&A activities and other strategic initiatives.

• Travel occasionally to oversee financial operations in different locations.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance related discipline with CPA or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

• Experience in the garment industry is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Big 4 experience preferred.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
