We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our Digital Team. This presents an exciting opportunity for a business and data professional with a strong background in analytics, leadership and database management to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of strategic data projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data analytics and insights initiatives
• Enhance reporting and forecasting processes by integrating data science techniques and aligning with enterprise data standards
• Monitor and analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that support business performance
• Facilitate the development of integration and ETL tools, ensuring the effectiveness in supporting both projects and daily operations
• Interpret key business data to provide insights on potential growth opportunities, optimization and improvements
• Design data mining strategies and develop predictive modeling solutions
• Consolidate and present analytics findings/results in a clear and concise manner for stakeholders at all levels, from line managers to senior management
• Foster a data-driven culture and deliver strategic insights to assist top management in the key decision-making
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security and compliance
• Conduct regular audits of data systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Mentor senior data analysts and contribute to building a high-performing analytics team
• Keep up with the trends in AI, analytics, and technology to enhance the capabilities of the Digital team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through data initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of business process modeling and the ability to extract actionable insights from datasets
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server Data Warehouse, Power BI Dataflows)
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Certification in relevant data analytics tools or methodologies is an advantage
