Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of online stores (e.g., Shopify, HKTVmall, brand website) to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Optimize product listings (SEO, descriptions, images) to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data (Google Analytics, Shopify reports), and implement improvements.
Create high-converting visual assets for digital channels (website banners, social media ads, email campaigns, product packaging mockups).
- Ensure all designs align with Whealthfields’ brand identity (colors, typography, tone)
- Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, KOL collaborations) to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns (e.g., 11.11, Wellness Month) and loyalty programs.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations + graphic design, preferably in health/wellness, FMCG, or supplements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
- Experience managing Shopify, WooCommerce, or HK-based marketplaces (e.g., HKTVmall, Bonjour).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid social, email marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
