Job Responsibilities:
• Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnership opportunities with financial institutions, fintech platforms, lifestyle brands, content/media platforms, and community networks
• Lead channel development, affiliate growth, and referral programs to support new user acquisition and customer lifecycle growth
• Plan, negotiate, and execute co-branded campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and joint activations with external partners
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, compliance, product, operations) to ensure campaign alignment and regulatory compliance
• Monitor performance of partner channels and campaigns using data-driven analysis, and optimize for conversion, cost-efficiency, and ROI
• Maintain long-term relationships with high-potential partners to unlock continuous business value and cross-channel synergies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, growth marketing, partnerships, or channel/affiliate management. Experience in fintech, brokerage, or digital platforms is highly preferred
• Proven success in building and scaling partnership or referral programs
• Strong interpersonal, commercial negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Hong Kong’s financial ecosystem and regulatory environment (experience with SFC-licensed firms is a plus)
• Highly self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
