Head of Project Delivery (Digital Workplace Transformation)

JOB DESCRIPTION

With committed plan in expansion, we are seeking a high caliber professional with enthusiasm and can-do attitude to join us as Head of Project Delivery in leading the Project Delivery team to overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects and business process re-engineering projects for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems, project management best practices, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading the project delivery team in sourcing, developing, and implementing digital transformation solutions for our clients to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Overseeing the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Engaging clients to capture business requirements and processes, translate functional and non-functional requirements into solution design with appropriate technologies.
• Evaluate business processes and make recommendations where suitable for standardization and automation to streamline operation.
• Implementing best practices in project management and ensuring adherence to industry standards and methodologies.
• Setting and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and client serving skills.
• Managing vendor relationships and external partnerships to support IT project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holders in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years working experience in project manager, business analyst or relevant role, with 2 years of experience in a supervisory, leading or managing position.
• In-depth knowledge of software development/project management methodologies, ECM, CSP, Workflow Automation, OCR and AI technologies, or business process re-engineering would be a plus.
• Strong in critical thinking, business analysis and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving process improvements and operational excellence.
• Customer-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Experience in managing complex IT projects, handling multiple priorities, and adapting to changing business needs.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
