The Job Role:

• Primary focused on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Business in B2B sector.
• New business strategy & sales development, working closely with sales (Asia &Europe) and operational teams to develop & explore new business opportunities within the EMS Sector Globally.
• Expand new business & partner opportunities by entering both current & new market sectors within the EMS Industry.
• Developing growth strategies and plans which focus on overall business and financial development.
• Conduct research to identify new EMS opportunities and build long term relationships with new customers
• Prepare proposals and presentation materials for client pitching.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher education in related discipline

• Established network & experience in the Global EMS industry is a Key Factor

• Proficiency in English, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proven strategic sales & marketing track record within the Electronics Sector
• Knowledge of the manufacturing process in Electronics/PCBA is necessary.
• Developing quotes and proposals for new prospective customers, negotiating and winning new business partners
• Able to travel & develop new leads frequently, including participate in international trade shows, customer visits etc.
