Responsibilities:
· To perform general administration duties including but not limited to answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, maintenance and procurement of office supplies and office equipment, update inventory record, and maintain office cleanliness and tidiness etc.;
· To handle publication and merchandise on-line and walk-in sales;
· To provide administrative and clerical support to senior management;
· To assist in compiling and preparing reports and presentation materials;
· To perform outdoor delivery duties and bank-in & related issues; and
· To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management from time to time.
Requirements:
· DSE or above; with 1 – 2 years’ working experience;
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
· Strong inter-personal and communication skills;
· Able to handle multi-tasks;
· Ability to work independently, proactively and a good team player;
· Hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
· Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; and
· Immediately available is highly preferred.
