Business Development Manager (B2B Channel)

Sales Experience:

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical products such as security equipment or network devices.

• Candidates with a background in the security industry are preferred.

Technical Background:

• Familiar with security surveillance system architecture and mainstream brands such as Hikvision and Dahua. Proficient in basic security knowledge, including TCP/IP networking fundamentals and PoE power supply.
• Possesses basic solution integration capabilities, including surveillance, networking, and access control subsystems.
• Candidates with certifications related to network security are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale security projects, with familiarity in industry scenarios such as smart cities and finance.
• Ability to independently complete medium-to-large engineering projects involving network and security product configurations.

Core Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer relationship management and business outcome orientation.
• Resilience and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to quickly learn new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or other related fields would be preferrable
• Sound understanding of ISP or B2B’s team organization and operating mechanism
• Effective communication and proficient in English and Cantonese are essential
• This position requires applicants to be Hong Kong Permanent Residents due to the nature of the work and legal requirements
