Site supervisor – Fitting out

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager in all aspect of project
• Supervise and monitor all site work
• Liaise with contractors to ensure that working schedule, working procedures and quality control are strictly followed
• Perform site report, photo record, working schedule and relevant site document
• Assist in the project management , project time schedules, monitor construction progress, cost and quality

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years in fitting out and and site supervision experience
• Outdoor work is required
• Good Communication Skills
• Holder of Green Card and Construction Workers Registration Card is a must
• Holder of T1 Certificate is a must / Certificate for Construction Safety Supervisors
• Immediate availability is preferred
