Project Coordinator （fitting out & renovation projects）

Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager to coordinate with main contractor and monitor site progress, preparing documents including master programme, materials and drawing submission, progress report and attend site meetings
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare technical reports and detail
• Follow up the major materials deliveries and OT working arrangement
• Site measurement
• Conduct periodical site inspection

Requirement:

• Diploma in building construction studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years in fitting out field and site supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project for preparing programme, MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Training Course / TCP 1 or TCP 3 Certificate is preferred.

• 5 working days per week, Monday - Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)
