• Position : Retail Manager (Operations/Inventory) - Tsim Sha Tsui
• Location : K11 Musea, Tsim Sha Tsui
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to 25,000HKD Basic + Performance Bonus + 11 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Retail/Jewelry

Main Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and manage part-time staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store functions, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Manage stock levels, online order dispatch, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Marketing Support: Execute local marketing initiatives and assist with social media content creation.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare sales reports, liaise with Singapore HQ, and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail or operations experience, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry brands.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with hands-on management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese to converse with Cantonese speaking associates
